Screening & Recoating

Screening and recoating is an affordable and quick alternative to bring back that shine to the dullness in your hardwood floors. Revive the original rustic and vintage look that your floors once had. This maintenance technique is perfect for floors that haven’t taken too much damage over time in the form of scratches, dents, stains, and more. A perfect quick fix! Please note that this technique will not work on waxed floors, as the new finish will react with the wax and cause peeling or blistering. For existing wax floors, only repeated waxing and buffing will work.

Please note Polishing and reconditioning may require a combination of other techniques like sanding, patching, staining, and top coating to ensure full restoration of the original look and feel.
